Whether you are in need of a quick mid-day reset or support with your morning routine, it can be SO helpful to receive guidance on where and how to begin, and that is exactly what I am here to provide.




For the next several weeks, your online library will grow to include one new breathwork, movement or meditation practice, giving you the opportunity to experiment with a variety of approaches to mind-body wellness at an easeful pace.


If you have attended a yoga class, workshop or retreat of mine, many of these practices may be familiar, and that is by design. My goal has been to create a resource that can help keep you connected to simple practices that are oftentimes profoundly effective.


While I encourage you to give every practice a try at least once, feel free to stick with the ones that help you release what's ready to go as you reconnect with peace and clarity within.

Hi, I'm Lindsay

I am a holistic health and energy guide who loves to connect people with simple tools, trainings and tips that empower you to step into a life you LOVE living as you energetically release whatever's been holding you back.


I honor the belief that we are all wired to thrive differently - there's no one-size fits all approach to health or happiness. Instead it's all about uncovering and embracing your secret sauce.

My background and training is in yoga, Reiki, Human Design, nervous system healing, holistic health and chronic disease healing, which I have been studying and practicing professionally since 2017.

I am a 5/2 Sacral Generator, Gemini Sun + Moon, Capricorn Rising. I feel most at home outdoors when the sun's warming my skin and the birds are singing.

My own healing journey has helped me realize that I am a highly sensitive person, living in a world that can make that challenging on many levels.

(I joke that I am a "delicate flower," but it's actually a truth that I feel deeply, and I have a sense that you can relate.)

At the same time, I recognize being a highly sensitive person is a gift - it allows me to support others, including you, on the journey of embracing the rich, beautiful and (sometimes) delicate person you are here to be.
